The MCCV is interested in several areas related to water. Policy advocacy strives to ensure growth pays for growth and fairness is maintained in all rates for water and discharge whether to land application systems or publicly owned treatment works (POTWs).
The Council’s interests are not strictly centered on costs. The MCCV sees the future for a healthy regional economic base being planned for today by working with municipal government to address land utilization issues that affect water policy.
